This is a logo design I developed that was part of a proposal to Newsbrand Scotland when they were looking to update their logo. The brief stated that they are a Scottish organisation in the print and digital news industry, and this was to be represented in the design.
My mum has a small business on Folksy and at markets creating handmade, bespoke bags.
She asked me to create a logo for her using the business name Dizzy Dug which was an homage to our
family dog called Snowie.

I came up with this design based on a simplified illustration of Snowie so that she could embroider the logo
if she wished and also have it easily printed onto labels and tags for her fabric creations.
